Refund Policy

Our refund policy typically lasts 14 days for most items. Purchases that have exceeded their return period will not be eligible for a refund unless exceptional reasoning is provided for the request. For items damaged during shipping, please see our Shipping Policy.

For an item to receive a refund, the product must:

  • If the item was sealed, it must still be sealed in its original unopened clear wrap
  • Not be physically damaged, modified, or used
  • In the same condition as the images posted on the item’s page

Refund claims for the following reasons or items will not be accepted:

  • Impulsively purchased items
  • Items that had damage occur after the delivery of the product
  • Items that have had its original unopened clear wrap removed
  • Products containing codes for redeemable items
  • Consumable or perishable items

Abuse of our refund policy may result in future requests for refunds being automatically declined.

Refund Process

To inquire about a refund, please use the Contact Us page to submit a refund request. The order number is required or the request will automatically be rejected. For returns of multiple items, please submit separate requests for each item.

We also require that you provide 6 photos of the item from the following angles: Front, Back, Left, Right, Top, and Bottom.

If your refund request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping for the returned item. If you would like us to send you a pre-paid label, please notate this in your return request.

Once your return is received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the item and notify you by email once this process has been completed. If you requested a pre-paid label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

The refund will typically be credited to your original payment method within 24 hours of us receiving your item, but under some circumstances may take up to 72 hours for us to issue the refund.

Note that refunds may not appear on your payment method’s statement for up to seven business days after we have issued the refund. If the refund has still not posted to your statement even after seven business days have passed, please reach out to us through our contacts page.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances due to the nature of our inventory. We generally do not carry duplicates of a product which makes it impossible for us to provide another copy of the item.

Shipping Policy

We only ship to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. If you are from outside of these areas, please use a international proxy or mail forwarding service to purchase from our storefront.

Purchases will usually be shipped out within the next three business days, but can take longer.

For items that have been damaged in shipping or lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we may file a claim with the shipping company. If possible, inspect the package before delivery and have it returned to sender if the item is damaged.
